Return Window
Glowstly offers a 30-day return window.
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Method
Glowstly accepts returns by mail only.
We do not offer in-store or drop-off returns.
Product Condition
Glowstly accepts returns for both new and lightly used products.

Items may be opened with minimal use

Products returned with a significant amount missing may qualify for a partial refund instead of a full refund
Restocking Fee
Glowstly does not charge any restocking fees.
All approved returns are processed at no additional cost.
Refund Currency
If payment was made in a different currency, the customer’s payment provider may apply a currency conversion at the time of refund.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note that bank or payment provider processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.
30-Day Returns
We offer returns with no questions asked within 30 days of delivery.
Once the returned item arrives at our facility and is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Glowstly offers exchanges within the 30-day return window.

How It Works
Step 1
Ensure all lids are tightly sealed before packaging the item.
Step 2
Include your order ID inside the return package.
Step 3
Mail the item back to Glowstly within 30 days of the delivery date.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Will original shipping be refunded?
Shipping fees charged at checkout are non-refundable.
What if my product arrived damaged?
Please email a clear photo of the damaged item to hello@glowstly.com
Our team will assist you with a replacement as quickly as possible.
What if my order is missing an item?
Please email your order details to hello@glowstly.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
What if I used or opened the product before returning?
Opened or lightly used items may still be returned.
Partial refunds may apply if a significant amount of product is missing.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Contact us at hello@glowstly.com as soon as possible.
If the order has already shipped, please write “Return to Sender” on the unopened package and hand it back to the carrier. Once it returns to our facility, your refund will be processed.
