Return Window

Glowstly offers a 30 day return window.
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


Return Method

Glowstly accepts returns by mail only.
We do not offer in store or drop off returns.


Product Condition

Glowstly accepts both new and slightly used products for return. Items may be unopened in original packaging or opened with minimal use. Products returned with a significant amount missing may qualify for a partial refund instead of a full refund.


Restocking Fee

Glowstly does not charge any restocking fees.
All approved returns are processed at no extra cost.


Refund Currency

All refunds are issued in AUD Australian Dollars.
If the customer paid in another currency their payment provider may convert the refund amount to their local currency.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Bank processing times may affect when the refund appears in the customer’s account.


30 Day Returns

We offer returns with no questions asked.
If your request is within 30 days of delivery we will gladly accept the return.
Once the returned item arrives at our facility we will issue your refund to the original payment method.


Exchanges

Glowstly offers exchanges within the 30 day return window.

• Customers must return the original item first
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• The replacement item ships at no extra charge
• If the replacement product is out of stock a refund will be issued instead

How It Works

Step 1
Ensure all lids are tightly sealed before packaging the item.

Step 2
Include your order ID inside the return package.

Step 3
Mail the items back to Glowstly within 30 days of the delivery date.

Do I have to pay for return shipping

Yes. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Will original shipping be refunded

What if my product arrived damaged

Please email a clear photo of the damaged item to hello@glowstly.com.
We will assist you with a replacement as quickly as possible.

 

What if my order is missing something

Email your order details to hello@glowstly.com.
Our team will resolve the issue promptly.

 

What if I used or opened the product before returning

Items that are opened or slightly used may still be returned.
Partial refunds may apply if a significant amount of product is missing.

 

How do I cancel or change my order

Contact us at hello@glowstly.com as soon as possible.
If the order has already shipped write Return to Sender on the unopened parcel and give it back to the carrier.
Once it returns to our facility we will process your refund.
